I met Jon and Janell through a mutual friend who also happens to be a photographer, Amy Baker. When I first met up with these two to learn more about their story, I immediately fell in love with them. I could tell that they were the most genuine people, and their love story was one to be remembered.

Jon and Janell both had bad relationships in the past, and didn’t think that the one was ever really coming. They both had given up on trying, but decided that they would give it one last try online. This led their paths to cross, and I haven’t met a couple more compatible than them. I mean really guys, they were honestly made for each other.

Their love for the Lord shines through them in all that they do, and I am so blessed to now have them as friends in my life.

Jon ans Janell got married on a GORGEOUS November afternoon at Rosedale Baptist Church followed by a reception at Historic Oakland in Columbia, Maryland. The leaves were changing, the temperature was just perfect, and there was not a cloud in the sky.

Janell recorded herself singing to Jon as she walked down the aisle, and there was not a dry eye in that place, including me! This one gave me constant goosebumps, because the love that they both share is so apparent and intoxicating.

Jon and Janell, I cannot thank you enough for allowing me to be a part of your big day. You both have become good friends of mine, and I am blessed that our paths crossed. You two share something extremely special and rare, a love that will last a life time. Treasure every moment of this sweet life you share together, and remember, I’ll always be here cheering you on every step of the way. I love you guys!
