Cassidy and Brady’s portrait session at Eastern Regional Park in Middle River, MD this weekend was a day to remember. I’ve known Cassidy for basically my entire life, so doing a session for her was just so fun!
We were so lucky to have such a beautiful day for their session, but it was the coldest day of them all! I wasn’t sure if my fingers where going to fall off or not (so serious guys). Despite the weather, Cassidy and Brady did not complain one bit, they were such a pleasure!
Cassidy and Brady went to elementary school together, but did not know each other too well. They eventually separated schools and went different paths. Years later, through a mutual friend, they reconnected, and fell in love! Guys, seriously how much of a fairytale is that!? Two and a half years later, they are still madly in love and (crossing my fingers for them) hoping to tie the knot one day!
Cassidy made sure that her and Brady’s outfits complimented each other. What is better than plaid on a cold winter day!? She wore her blanket scarf proudly displaying her sorority, Tri Delta.
It was the day of the Super Bowl, and I knew Brady had big plans to watch the game, but he was a trooper and smiled the whole time.
The whole day these two were laughing, and smiling at each other. In moments like this, standing behind my camera, I watch the love between the two. It is because of the beautiful times like this that I am reminded why I love photography. Watching the love Cassidy has for Brady, and Brady has for Cassidy, I am so full of joy, and and overwhelmed with happiness to be able to capture their love story.
To Cassidy and Brady, no one deserves a love like this more than you guys. I am so beyond happy to be your photographer, and more importantly, your friend. You are on this adventure called life together, and I pray for a life full of never ending love. Your love and passion for one another is contagious and you both light up the room you walk into. Here’s to life together, and happiness forever.
